Quality of Services Offered

We ordered a simple, college level essay in order to assess the quality of writing, ease of placing an order, and user experience. We’ll start with the positive. We were able to place our order quickly and easily. We also found the AdvancedWriters.com website relatively easy to navigate. The product that we ordered arrived on time. As we were reviewing the website, we noticed that all of the standard forms of academic writing are offered along with some business writing services.

Unfortunately, things turned negative when we began to review the essay that we received. There were many spelling and grammar mistakes. We also noted that the writing itself was stiff and awkward as if the writer had difficulty transitioning between sentences and paragraphs and had problems with verb tenses. This tends to be an issue when a writer is not a native English speaker. Academically, it just wasn’t a college level paper.

Writers and Customer Support Agents

We messaged back and forth with our writer on a few occasions they were very polite and cordial. They responded promptly to our questions. They did not offer any suggestions or insights though. Our interactions with customer support agents were similar. We found them to be courteous, but not particularly effective in addressing our concerns about the quality of our paper. We searched AdvancedWriters.com BBB to see if any complaints had been escalated that high. We did not find evidence of that, but were honestly surprised.

Prices and Discounts

We paid $15 per page for our essay. That is not an unreasonable price. In fact, it’s pretty average for academic writing services. Unfortunately, it was not a price that was worth paying when we considered the level of quality and the fact that we were unable to find resolution to our complaints. Quality really needs to come up before these prices are worthwhile. Of course, we paid one of the lower rates. People with shorter deadlines or who are ordering more advanced papers will of course pay even more. Overall, AdvancedWriters prices are unacceptably high at this time.

There are AdvancedWriters.com discounts. The only issue is that before you qualify for the online AdvancedWriters coupon code, you have to spend at least $500 dollars. At that point, you only 5% off of your orders. That’s a lot of money to spend before any type of savings is realized. At the time of this review, we did not find any Advanced Writers promo codes anywhere. Overall, we were disappointed with the discount program. Many companies feature seasonal discounts, loyalty discounts, and a first time customer discount. Other Advanced Writers student reviews expressed similar thoughts.

Additional Freebies and Benefits

As part of our AdvancedWriters review, we explored the website for interesting content, bonuses, and other benefits. First we found Advanced Writers testimonials. These are all, as we expected glowing and positive. We were fairly impressed by the blog on the website.  Some of the posts were well written and informative.

Do we Recommend it?

While we do believe that Advanced Writers is safe (ie: you won’t get your identity stolen or anything), our overall AdvancedWriters.com rating is still very low. The writing is just not up to par. The customer service policies also need quite a bit of work as well. We agree with many AdvancedWriters reviews that we read. There just doesn’t seem to be a lot of care and concern applied here. We were also unimpressed with the lack of response to legitimate complaints. That’s unfortunate. For these reasons, we have to recommend that students use a different service.
