The paper was supposed to be about my career as a Dispatcher, but instead it was written about customer service. When I attempted to contact the company about how awful the product was, they begged for more chances to revise. I agreed, but the paper was delivered late. When I received the last revision, it had poor english and APA skills which made it unacceptable in my book. I asked for a refund and was only offered 10%. I went through Paypal and attempted to use their guarantee, but they don't cover 'services'. I'm out a lot of money and had to write the paper myself after wasting time waiting for them to fix what I ordered.

They both were achieved. Also, the main problem was well illustrated. Nevertheless, the point of view of the writer was a bit different than mine (about the book), her view was better and my college professor gave an excellent mark for that.
