The paper was supposed to be about my career as a Dispatcher, but instead it was written about customer service. When I attempted to contact the company about how awful the product was, they begged for more chances to revise. I agreed, but the paper was delivered late. When I received the last revision, it had poor english and APA skills which made it unacceptable in my book. I asked for a refund and was only offered 10%. I went through Paypal and attempted to use their guarantee, but they don't cover 'services'. I'm out a lot of money and had to write the paper myself after wasting time waiting for them to fix what I ordered.

Positive: This is a nice resource with some skilled writers who helped me with the book review not that long time ago. The main requirement was to meet the deadline and be free of plagiarism. They both were achieved. Also, the main problem was well illustrated. Nevertheless, the point of view of the writer was a bit different than mine (about the book), her view was better and my college professor gave an excellent mark for that.
