Negative: I was charged for a 5 hour deadline they took 11 hours when their own website says it should be no more than 20 minutes late. will NEVER use them again. I could have paid less if I had more time to give them.

Negative: Loved their quick customer service but I'm still shocked by the awful quality they provide me with!

Positive: I chose writersperhour because this service was recommended to me as a good cheap place where I can have my paper written. I'm tight on a budget and I liked their website and support. A pleasant sounding woman helped me to choose the best level and urgency to minimize the cost and still get a relevant paper and then I heard nothing until the deadline day. My essay came on time but the writing would be suitable for middle school, not higher.

Positive: Not bad at all. The quality was fine and they at least tried to meet my requirements.

Negative: But the support staff was unhelpful.

Negative: I usually order beforehand to make sure I get everything on time but it doesn`t work that way with this service. I ordered two weeks before the deadline and received my coursework three days after it. Very frustrating.

Negative: There is too much useless information on their website and it`s really difficult to navigate. You can easily get lost there and will never be found. All other features need improvement as well. Especially you should pay attention to the quality of what your authors write. There are too many mistakes which are hard to ignore.

Negative: I paid for a PhD level paper and received a bunch of gibberish. There were so many grammatical errors I basically had to rewrite the paper. There were no page numbers for citations. When I asked for a revision the writer put the same page numbers on all the quotations and it wasn’t the correct page. The writer just lied. They won’t stand by their product. Don’t use! Horrible experience. Never again.

Negative: Any day, any time - they will write some real sh*t for you, cause that is all they do. Looking for some valuable writing or some needed help? Not in here, definitely not in here.

Negative: No help and no helpful approach from their side. Thanks, bye.

Negative: I was asking for professional editing and proofreading, but none of those were given to me. DISRESPECT AND DISGUST FOR YOU! Thanks only for your friendly support team, all the other sides I`m not thankful for.

Positive: In 24 hours I got what I needed. Well, almost what I needed.

Negative: High price together with not a premium quality of writing - as a result, there wasn`t total satisfaction about the provided papers and help with them. Although the essay was given to me before the deadline ended, it would have been better if they had written it longer but included expertly combined bibliography and conclusions pages.

Positive: A pleasant quality of the paper and extensive amount of discounts.

Negative: Rude support team member who did not give me a normal connection with the guy who was doing my paper. No discount to receive because of the urgency of my order.

Positive: A quite nice quality was given to my book review. The main idea was well illustrated and in general, I had nothing to complain about.

Negative: But the high price and no availability of 24/7 support changed my mind. No matter how good the quality is, I still expect good quality services to be proposed on the other sides as well. Not sure that I can work with them in the future.

Positive: Their flexible pricing system is affordable. The support department can help to pick the best option to fit in the expected amount.

Negative: Bad quality of the papers they do. No direct contact between me and the writer, which makes it difficult to find out what`s going on with your order. As well, no revision policy is kept and no plagiarism report is provided.

Negative: I don’t like when “we are professionals” is just a set of words instead of a good quality service provided. I am very disappointed in WritersPerHour team. They didn’t complete my essay on time. They didn’t make a discount after failing the first. They didn’t inform me about delay and especially the reason of the delay. How can I trust a service like this or recommend it to anyone? I wouldn’t recommend it even to my enemy! Bad, bad, bad!
