Negative: Always have uneducated writers that do the best to spoit the paper in a given time. Everytime I make an order, they sent it tome after the deadline.

Negative: It doesn't matter what they write, it's garbage. When I first saw the papers, all I wanted to do was rip them up. I had no idea what they were up to. There was not a single line that grabbed my attention.

But after I've transferred my money for the order I've made, customer support has gone dark. They still don't answer on my emails (and it all started three years ago). After that the writer didn't even bother to read my requirements an wrote about something else it was out of topic and contest, and I told her about that she asked me to let her do a revision. the revised paper was delivered 3 days after the due date. when I tried to reach with their customer service no one tried to help me or solve the issue the I asked for a refund but they said no. total charge was $69.34. order ID is 820342.

Negative: Now I know why you offer free revisions because the work you do need unlimited revisions! Also, you shouldnt claim to have amazing responsive support because once you get your payment, you disappear like ghosts.

Negative: the writer Joy professional she call herself. done my essay but not done on deadline not follow guidelines twice but was paid all my money 556 edubirdie blocked my chats not emailed me erased text i had with writer Joy to cover up to scam me I could not use her essay as well. edubirdie not responded to my emails up to now just scam customers.

Negative: WORST EVER. I got a writer whose name is Dr Teresa-PHD. Please dont trust their made up names. I can assure you that they cant even speak or understand English properly, let alone a PHD DEGREE. My essay was SO BADLY DONE. I gave her COMPLETE instructions on what to do and how to do it. I told her to contact me if she had any questions and all she can say whenever I say something to her is okay friend, yes, sure She completely ignored all the instructions given and gave me a bad essay. Before deciding to take this service. I asked if its possible for the writer to do a literature essay on a book they never read before, and they said certainly, our writers are experienced professionals. Well certainly bull$#*! I say. Essay has no thesis, which I ASKED. It was a compare and contrast essay, and the structure is HORRIBLE. I asked her to use quotes, she didnt even bother to quote ONE THING from the book. I asked her NOT to use secondary sources and she STILL USED IT. WASTE OF MONEY. Even after asking her to review, she still couldnt follow simple instructions and demands I pay her. EduBirdie only posts good reviews on their writers profiles because my review didnt get posted. Dont be scammed by this essay writing service. They are not professionals. I ended up doing the essay myself. I cant imagine submitting the work she did, I couldve failed. Save yourselves people, and find better services.
