ThesisHelp.net has been around for about 9 years. The company name is actually a misnomer, because, in reality, it serves students from high school through graduate programs with just about any type of writing assignment or project these students may have during their school careers. Obviously, however, the company wants to focus on theses and dissertations, as the bulk of its site content relates to those to pieces of writing. In preparation for this ThesisHelp review, we looked at all of the same factors we use to evaluate any writing service – the website content, on-site Thesis Help testimonials, samples and blog if available, pricing, benefits, Thesis Help student reviews we found on the web, and our experience with both writing quality and customer support through the order of a research paper.

Quality of the Services Offered

The text on the site is understandable and clear, though there are spelling and word usage errors that indicate perhaps and ESL writer. And, because there are no sample writings to evaluate, we have had to rely on ThesisHelp reviews from other places and the research paper we ordered.

• Off site, customer reviews are a bit mixed. While products are delivered on time and do follow customer instructions, there are issues with the quality of writing and resources used for research. 
• There is a blog with relatively well-written articles, but they all pertain to dissertation writing.
• The research paper we ordered reflected some of the same concerns that other customers identified. The paper was to be a college level piece. The thesis, style, tone, and resources used were very typical for a high school piece – not one that would meet the expectations of a college instructor. 

While we could find no ThesisHelp.net BBB membership, we certainly can say that Thesis Help is safe to use and will probably be a good source of writing for high school students.
There is also a link to “Director’s Policy on Social Responsibility,” something that we have seen before. This one states that students may not request and receive writing pieces in certain curricular areas like medicine, architecture, nutrition, etc. However, we found that, in fact, these topic areas are a part of the services offered, if customers re willing to pay an additional 20% above the published prices. This inconsistency is bothersome. 
Customers may also not order any products that are pro-abortion or pro-gay marriage.

Writers and Customer Support Agents

There is no detailed information about the writers that Thesis Help employs, other than statements that they are all holders of graduate degrees. And we can only comment on writers through our own experience and that of other customers. 
We were able to communicate with our writer and to request revisions to the research paper we received. While we received those revisions, the paper still lacked the quality to meet the expectations of university instructors.
We did contact the customer support department on two occasions – once to request detailed information about the processes and once to ask about their dissertation service. It was difficult for the agents to answer questions that involved lots of detail, and we were referred to the FAQ link or told to discuss such details with our writer after we placed our order. 
One big issue we also have – a customer support representative told us that we could have a complete dissertation, with original research, produced and delivered to us in 3 days, if we were willing to pay $5500.00. This is just not feasible.

Pricing and Discounts

ThesisHelp prices run about average. Our 8-page paper was $144.00. Prices stand as they are advertised. There are no ThesisHelp.net discounts, no Thesis help promo codes for new customers to get a price break, and no loyalty discounts for returning customers or for very large orders. We asked customer support about thin d were told that occasionally a ThesisHelp coupon code for a discount may be awarded if requested. Payment is via PayPal and Skrill only.

Additional Freebies and Features

Customers will get a free title and reference pages, along with formatting, revisions, and a plagiarism report, if requested. These are normal benefits for the industry.

Conclusions

Our ThesisHelp.net rating is “fair,” and it is based upon several factors. First, the level of writing is far more suited for high school students than for college or grad school needs, despite the fact that the company focuses on graduate school research and writing. As well, there are discrepancies in policies and exaggerated claims (e.g., a 3-day dissertation). We an only recommend this service for secondary school students.
