To convince ourselves, we requested PaperWritten.com to write an essay for us. After creating an account, we placed an order by submitting the instructions on how we wanted it done. We gave as many details as necessary to write a paper using the right structure and including the right information. Then, we were able to pick our writer and talk about the project, offering more details that would help the writer properly complete the work. In the end, when it was completed, we just had to download it and look over the essay. 

Upon analyzing various aspects, we were filled with disappointment. We were greeted by multiple grammatical errors that a native English speaker would not make. Even though the website specifies the existence of proofreading and editing services, there are not living up to the expectations you’d have. 

The content itself was poorly written too. The writer didn’t make any effort to do better research on the information necessary for forming ideas, and the work was mediocre at best. Whereas listing some writers wouldn’t confirm high-quality, it would still give the visitors more aspects to research. 

Customer support agents were easy to reach out to. We messaged them two times and a different operator responded in each situation. But we didn’t have any issue with them and at least this part they got right. When we raised a concern, the operator was willing to listen to us and offer solutions. Therefore, it’s good to know you have a helpful staff that will be there whenever you need it. You can contact customer support through live chat, but you can also contact them through email or phone. The FAQ is pretty informative, and we looked through it before we addressed the customer support agents.

PaperWritten.com doesn’t have enough attention online and there are very few reviews for it. We thought the lack of reviews was suspicious, especially considering the only existent ones are positive for the most part. Compared to the complaints we heard and our experience, the reviews don’t seem right at all. While there are worse services out there, we would still not recommend using this platform. The prices are pretty high and the quality you get is pretty low for how much you pay. Besides, you may end up missing a deadline or submit work that is either plagiarized or written with many grammatical errors. If you need an essay, look up a much better service. Our score for this platform is 2.
