When trying to determine whether the website is safe to use or not, we took a good look at the quality of the services in use. Since Verblio.com provides mostly content marketing services, they are a good option for those that are looking for business writing or a similar kind of content. Because of this, however, it is also not a very good option for school projects unless you are looking to write something business-related. By going through customer reviews, we confirmed that the people who had the most to benefit from this service were business owners.

At the same time, as we were going through testimonials, we also came across several people that had complaints about the product. They said that while they did receive papers in return, they were all riddled with grammar errors. Looking at their BBB rating and reading upon the opinions that left a Reddit review, it confirmed to us that their product, while delivered, does not have a very desirable aspect.

Their quality level was also pushed lower because they did not deliver their products by the promised deadline. Many people complained that they were a couple of hours behind the promised date – something that is generally very inconvenient if you needed those papers fast. According to most of the customers, it takes quite a long time until they get back to you. By looking through the content of their website, we did find the option for a 30-day warranty where you could get your money back. However, this warranty does not state clearly what makes you eligible for a refund. Some previous customers complained about the fact that they weren’t able to get a full refund once the text has already been accepted. The only chance for them to get some of the money back is to reject the paper from the very beginning and demonstrate that you have a very good reason for it.

In the end, we cannot say that Verblio is one of the best websites out there. You might get a decent paper. However, considering the prices they ask for a hit-or-miss quality, we believe that it is not worth it. You are better off looking for an alternative.
