Writers and Customer Support Agents

One of the more bothersome things we experienced when visiting this company’s website was the incessant binging noise and the ‘helpful’ online customer service agent asking us if we needed help. Once or twice would have been fine, but we had to minimize the chat box continually.

That being said, the company does not provide a lot of information about its writers other than to say they are qualified and experienced. 

Our experiences with customer support agents were interesting. We contacted one via live chat and one by phone. They were certainly friendly and tried to be helpful. It was hard to understand the phone conversation, though, because of the foreign accent. We did ask very detailed questions about products, especially graduate-level dissertations. We were told that a complete dissertation could be produced within 10 days. Any student who knows what a dissertation is knows that this is impossible if original top-quality is delivered. In all, we believe that WriteMyEssay4Me.com is using an answering service rather than trained in-ho9use customer support agents. We never like to see this.

There is customer-writer communication available, but it is by email rather than chat. This is slow and can be a problem when a student has an urgent deadline approaching.

Pricing and Discounts

A basic high school essay with a 10-day deadline is $12 a page. This is within the high average range for the industry. Prices increase with academic level and deadline requirements. There does not seem to be any distinctions made among the types of products that are ordered. So, a basic essay with no research requirement will cost the same as a research paper that requires research. 

In terms of discounts, we were unable to find any coupon code that the order form asks for. When we asked customer support about this, they were not able to give us an answer other than to say that there are discounts available when asked for. But, how does anyone know to ask for them? There is a place on the website to subscribe to “notifications,” so maybe the discount offers and codes are published there. 

In terms of payment, students can feel safe providing their financial information – major credit or debit cards or payment services such as PayPal. WriteMyEssay4Me uses a secured SSL-certified payment processor and does not collect or hold onto any financial information. 

Additional Freebies and Features

This is a pretty bare-bones website. There are some “freebies” which are standard for the industry – a free title and bibliography page and choice of format styles, for example. Beyond that, we did not find anything unique.

Conclusions

Overall, we have to say that Write My Essay 4 Me is a legitimate writing service. Our issues are with the quality of research and writing which of course is the “meat” of any of these agencies. Students can find better writing companies than this. We are giving the company a rating of 2-3, on a 1-5-point scale.
